Q: 1 Will the driver take care of our luggage ?

Ans: Yes, of course! Our transfer service is VIP, limousine level.

Q: 2 Is there a charge if my flight is delayed ?

Ans: No, we do not charge for waiting time. But feel free to tip your driver if your flight is over an hour delayed!

Q: 3 Is it really a fixed price ?

Ans: Prices are fixed, but they depend on the distance. As longer the distance, the lower the price.

Q: 4 Can I book at the last minute?

Ans: The transfer must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, but the best is more than 3 days before your arrival/departure.

Q: 5 Can I change or cancel my transfer reservation ?

Ans: Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before transfer with no charge.

Q: 6 How do I find my driver at the airport?

Ans: Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually after customs.

Q: 7 Can I smoke in the car?

Ans: No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Q: 8 We have childen travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?

Ans: Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats. First seat is free of charge per transfer, however, each additional is charged EUR 10.

Q: 9 Are your prices fixed?

Ans: Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

Q: 10 Is your service available day and night?

Ans: Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
